In case of any refund of payment made using Connectdotnet (Private) Limited’s services or through it product “PayAbhi”, is governed by following terms and conditions;
- 1. A formal email needs to be sent to support@connectdotnet.com with all the relevant information of the transaction including but not limited;

- a. Transaction ID
- b. Transaction date and time
- c. Amount paid
- d. Reason for making payment
- e. Reason for refund
- 2. Details will be reviewed and forwarded to the respective merchant / company for which the payment was made.
- 3. On approval from the respective merchant refund will be made in full or partial depending on the confirmation from the respective merchant.
- 4. All refunds will be processed in a maximum of 14 working days
